- Oktoberfest 2021 at Twelve Percent Beer Project in North Haven beginning at 4pm. The day will be filled with live music, games, pretzels, sausages, dancing and plenty of delicious BEER! Tickets are $25 includes entry to the daily celebration, your first beer and a commemorative stein. Tickets are on sale now!
- Scranton Library Homecoming Weekend in Madison from 4-7pm. Explore, discover, and celebrate the library as it returns home after major upgrades!
Saturday, October 2nd

- 57th Annual Old Saybrook Arts & Crafts Festival on the Green beginning at 10am.
- Madison Shoreline Greenway Trail Walk beginning at 10am. Easy walking on gently rolling, stone-paved surface. 2.5 miles round trip. Afterwards, stop by the Meigs Point Nature Center. They’re having a small fair from 11 am to 3 pm to honor Don Rankin, a long-time supporter of the Trail. Children and leased dogs welcome. Masks optional; observe social distance with others. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water if you wish.
- Salt Meadow Concert: Strange Alliance beginning at 4pm in Madison’s Salt Meadow Park.
- Corn Maze at Bishop’s Orchards in Guilford. Join in on the fun from 10am-5pm through the end of October. The price is $8.00 per person, children 2 and under free. Last admission into the Corn Maze is at 4:30pm.
Sunday, October 3rd
- Chester Sunday Market from 10am – 1pm to buy some amazing fresh produce, breads, cheeses, jams and honey. Meats, eggs and more. Enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants as well as the local brewery. Live music is back!
