Friday, November 26th
- Thanksgiving Friday at the Henry Whitfield State Museum in Guilford from 10am – 4pm. Enjoy self-guided tours of Connecticut’s oldest house and travel back in time to the 1600s and learn about the interactions between the Menunkatuck band of the Quinnipiac tribe and the English colonizers of Guilford. Admission: free for children ages 12 and younger, $5 for seniors ages 60 and older, and $6 for everyone else. Free parking.
- The Christmas Barn – A European Style Christmas Market – at 9 Farmview Lane in Guilford from 9am – 4pm all weekend long.
- Rose Vineyards Lighting of the Vineyard in North Branford from 4-8pm. At 5:00pm an ice carver will be onsite carving up a holiday display. Between 2:00pm – 6:00pm local, handmade holiday wreaths and decor will be available to purchase. Warm up with some hot mulled wine and enjoy some great kitchen specials! Lighting ceremony will start promptly at dusk!
Saturday, November 27th
- The Christmas Barn – A European Style Christmas Market – at 9 Farmview Lane in Guilford from 9am – 4pm all weekend long.
- Plant Garden Open House POP UP for Small Business Saturday from 10am – 5pm in Madison. Plantii Garden is a small online plant shop and they recently planted their roots right in Madison, CT. Join them this Small Business Saturday to shop for some awesome deals on plants, plant supplies, accessories, and home decor! They will be partnering with some local CT businesses to offer an awesome selection of products.
- Small Business Saturday and Santa Comes to Town in Madison. Great sales, food trucks, music, hayrides, cocoa and a dance performance round out the day. Santa will arrive at the Cafe Allegre steps at noon and will be there ’til 2 for socially-distanced visits.
- 2021 Holiday Parade & Tree Lighting in Branford on the Green at 6:30pm.
Sunday, November 28th
- The Christmas Barn – A European Style Christmas Market – at 9 Farmview Lane in Guilford from 9am – 4pm all weekend long.
- Season opener Fiddling and Caroling by the Bon Fire at Spruce Ledge Tree Farm in Deep River from 1-3pm. While you’re there, hunt for your tree and tag it for later or take it home with you!
- Guilford Menorah Lighting on the Town Green beginning at 4pm. Join the Jewish community with a fire show, holiday treats and music! Let the organizers know if you can make it!
