    Shoreline Social Report: January 20 – January 24


    Wednesday, January 20th

    • Cinder + Salt from Middletown is hosting a Live Facebook Sale tonight from 6-7pm. Cozy up and join in on the fun as they make room for summer styles and debut a new limited edition hoodie. I hear there are giveaways as well!
    • The Holiday Lights Spectacular at Olde Mistick Village is running through the end of the month. Over a half million lights showcase archways, trees, reindeer and elves! Open every night, for the entire season with Olde Mistick Village shops open from 10am – 8pm Monday – Thursday, 10am – 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 11am – 6pm on Sundays. This event is free and no tickets are required!

    Thursday, January 21st

    • Kids Only Pizza Party hosted by Fired Up! in Branford from 6-8pm. Let the staff babysit your kids while you enjoy a night out! $25 per child and open to children 4 and over (must be potty trained). Includes 1 piece of pottery from the kids shelf, cheese pizza, juice or water and the movie Toy Story 3 (rated PG).     Saturday, January 23rd

    • Winter Market at the Durham Activity Center from 10am – 1pm. Be sure to visit the event page for an up-to-date list of vendors!
    • Goat Stoll on the Farm at Lyman Orchards with Bradley Mountain Farm from 10am – 3pm. Roam around the pond at Lyman Orchards and let your goat feast on forage around the grounds. Includes a freshly made donut and a cup of hot apple cider at the Apple Barrel, and one complimentary bag of goat treats per guest. There will be plenty of time to take your own adorable digital photos. Minors cannot make reservations to handle a goat alone but can be added as an additional helper to assist an adult handler on the Goat Walk. There must be at least 1 adult present who will be the handler for each goat. Make your reservations here!
