Shoreline Social Report: April 14 – April 18


Wednesday, April 14th

  • Words with Wine at Rose Vineyards in North Branford from 4-6pm. Celebrate National Poetry Month with poet Ezra Lovecroft as he hosts a poetry reading and poetry open Mic at the winery!

Thursday, April 15th

  • The Durham Farmer’s Market is on the Town Green from 3:00-6:30pm. Visit the market’s Facebook page for the most up-to-date lineup of local vendors.

Saturday, April 17th

  • Guilford Bike Ride hosted by the Shoreline Greenway Trail. Starting from the Guilford Green at 10am the group will take a leisurely ride, ending at Chaffinch Island Park for a picnic. Helmets and a signed release are required. Call or text Brad Kronstat 203-815-0947 with questions or last minute weather concerns.
  • Outdoor Craft Fair at the Henry Carter Hull Library in Clinton from 10am – 4pm. Browse fiber arts, jewelry, home decor, fudge, candy apples, cutting boards, pet gear, wall art, henna, & more at this outdoor event!
  • Bottomless Brunch at Little Pub in Old Saybrook from 11:30am – 3:00pm. All of your brunch favorites plus $25 bottomless mimosas and bloody marys!
  • Dave Lefkin is playing an outdoor, acoustic set at James Madison House in North Madison from 2-4pm.
  • Want more Dave Lefkin? Follow the sound waves over to Guilford and finish up your evening at the Guilford Mooring where Dave will be performing on the waterfront from 6-10pm.

Sunday, April 18th
