Feature Friday – C&C StrongFit Personal Training

I am so excited to introduce you all to Steve Cioppa, owner of C&C Strongfit in Guiford, CT.  I had so much fun catching up with Steve and learning more about his business of providing top notch personal training to the shoreline.

What I love about Steve is his commitment to being at the top of his field.  Steve is a veteran of the health & fitness industry with over 20 years of experience.  He is certified through The American Council on Exercise as a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist.  A certification held by less that 700 people in the country! Wow!  He is currently certified as a personal trainer thru the National Strength & Conditioning Association – NSCA, the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (N.C.C.P.T) and is also a certified TRX instructor and a certified Functional Fitness Specialist (FFS).

C&C StrongFit was started by Steve Cioppa and Chris Cossette in order to provide clients a high level of personal training expertise that is professional, safe, fun, effective and cuts through the myriad of misinformation and false promises that are dominant in today’s fitness and nutrition industry. Chris passed away suddenly in 2018 and his memory lives on in the work done at C&C Strongfit.
